Ecclesiastes

"You who are young, be happy while you are young, and let your heart give you joy in the day of your youth. Follow the ways of your heart and whatever your eyes see, but know that for all these things God will bring you into judgment. So then, banish anxiety from your heart and cast off the troubles of your body, for youth and vigor are meaningless." - Ecclesiastes 11: 9&10 NIV

I just find this little piece of the 12 passaged book of Ecclesiastes very interesting. We studied the entire book of Ecclesiastes in my Biblical Perspectives class, and had a test on it today. Of all the verses we read these two had the most impact on me.

I find it interesting that it actually says we can follow our dreams AND what our eye's see. What if you wanted somebody's girlfriend or boyfriend that ain't right! But after that comes a warning, you will get judged on what you do so be thoughtful about what your dreams and eyes bring you to in life.

Just thought that was something interesting I could share with you in a short amount of time with my packed night of homework!
